How do I ensure I have my date secure?

With a signed contract and a 25% retainer of the contract total. The retainer is non refundable. 

Is there a minimum amount of services required for the wedding day?

Yes, we require a minimum of 6 services day of. Each service individually  counts as 1- including bridal services day of. Services done prior or after the  wedding day do not count toward the minimum. 

What if I don't meet the minimum amount of services required?

No problem! We understand not every bride has a bridal party. Any friend or family member can be used to meet the minimum. We do not want to say no to your big day! For every service that doesn't reach the minimum - a $50 dollar service fee will be applied.

 

What if I am unsure of who wants to have their hair and makeup done for the wedding day?

To ensure we have the correct amount of artists designated for your special day; it is imperative that you have asked them in order to have an accurate count on the proposal. Once the contract is signed, services can not be deducted. You may add on services at a later date, IF we have the availability.

Do I need to have a trial?

Yes!!!! We highly encourage you to do a trial. A trial is a great way to try the look that you are wanting and see how it wears throughout the day.

When do you suggest doing a trial?

Trials are held at our studio Mondays - Thursdays We recommend doing the trial anywhere from 2-3 months prior to your big day.

I need to reschedule my trial.. Do you charge a rescheduling fee?

 

We do  not charge a rescheduling fee as long as you reschedule 72 hours prior to your original appointment time.

What's included in the ATX Bridal package?

 

The ATX bridal package includes a 2.5 hour hair and makeup trial, and day of hair and makeup. Airbrush and lashes, and extension installation (clip-ins/halos) are included-provided by client. You also receive extra time for glam on your big day.  

Is there a travel fee? 

Anywhere inside Austin City Limits is a $40 fee per artist. Anything outside of Austin City Limits is $1 per mile/ per artist.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Contracts are payable via our online contract service. Venmo is taken for separate services for non wedding day.

How many artists will you provide day of the wedding/event?

The number of artists we send will be based upon the amount of services booked in combination with the amount of time we have to get you ready. We require 5 hours for every 6 services booked. If you do not have that amount of time available, you can add an extra artist(s) for an additional fee. 

Am I able to request a specific artist?

Yes!! Any artist may be requested if available at an additional charge of $150

You may request Codie, if available at an additional charge of $250

Is gratuity included?

 

With any signed contract, 20% gratuity will be added into the proposal.

How do we prep for the wedding day?

We ask for each client to arrive with CLEAN DRY Hair, and clean, moisturized skin. Arriving with damp, or wet hair will set us back and will result in additional fees. Please remind your party before hand. Providing us with hair and makeup inspiration pics that are similar to your facial features, hair length, and volume; help with our time that's allotted for each client.

Are clip-in extension installs included for the bridal party hair services? 

For the bride, yes. For the bridal party- no. If extensions are provided by client - there is an additional $30 charge per client. We will need to know ahead of time if anyone is getting extensions day of- to allow for extra time.
